CNC Routing Services
Here at Wengerd Wood, we work the computerized machines that can automatically cut out almost any shape or pattern that we can draw with a CAD (Computer Aided Design) program.
Solid Wood Routing
Solid wood items that we mill are typically hardwood furniture components such as table legs, chair seats, bed posts, or other hardwood items such as cutting boards and serving trays.
Our machines can cut almost any shape and we have also done many other unique items including turkey calls, guitar bodies, and cornhole games.
Plywood Routing
Our standard CAD software allows us to nest all of your cabinet parts into sheets for maximum yield, saving you time and money on material and hand labor.
For an even more seamless and powerful cabinet production experience, we also have Cabinet Vision software that allows for high-volume engineering and machining of cabinet parts.
CNC Engraving
We can engrave blanket chest tops and fronts, chair back, bench backs, cabinet trim as well as many other items to allow you to give your customer that special touch they can’t get anywhere else.
Laser Engraving
We can etch almost any design such as logos, photos, and markings. As with the CNC engraving, we can laser your design or we can create a design to fit your needs.
We can also cut a variety of wood and acrylic material with the laser up to .5″ thick. This is a good option for especially small or intricate parts that would be difficult to cut on a CNC machine.
Engineering
Our team has the skills and software to create or re-create CAD drawings of any items you may have.

We are typically able to process most orders in 5-8 business days after we have material and approved drawings.
However, due to the nature of our work, we can be flexible and will work with you to accommodate your deadlines.
You have a variety of options for picking up your completed product:
- You can pick up your completed product at our shop with the transportation of your choice.
- We can arrange shipping via UPS, LTL common carrier, or other shipping methods.
